Representative Green moved and asked unanimous consent that                    
SB204 be considered engrossed, advanced to third reading and placed            
on final passage.                                                              
                                                                               
Representative Phillips objected and withdrew the objection.  There            
being no further objection, SB 204 was advanced to third reading.              
                                                                               
SB 204 was read the third time.

House Finance Committee letter of intent (page 3327) be adopted.               
There being no objection, it was so ordered.
